Several months ago, when we were way past the $2.50/gal mark for gas, I declared to my friends that “I would never see gas for $2.50 again in my lifetime.”
Okay, so you all got a good laugh out of that and had a good time making fun of me for making such a dramatic statement about such a silly thing.
Now you can laugh again, because I was wrong. 
This is something very exciting! Yesterday, Jenny attended the graduation ceremony at Rock Valley College…as a graduate. 
So we’re definitely very proud of her. She got an Associates in Applied Science for Computers and Information Systems (yes, quite a mouthful). In other words, she’s now a computer programmer! Woot!
Today Jodi threw a puppy shower for Maddie!
Thank you very much to everyone who participated! Maddie and I absolutely LOVE all the adorable gifts! Jodi and Michelle worked so hard at putting it all together, and we’d like to extend a special THANK YOU to them from the bottm of our hearts!! We love you all - and thanks again!
